The Sixers were coming off a stretch of relatively meaningless games, including losses to Dallas Mavericks on Monday and Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday. The Phillies had an off-day following a gut-wrenching bullpen-induced collapse to the Washington Nationals. With all eyes on Thursday night’s nationally-televised game on TNT, it made sense that the city’s biggest stars would converge under the Wells Fargo Center roof to take in the Sixers’ game against the Milwaukee Bucks, who own the best record in the entire NBA.

Then it happened. We saw Carson Wentz chumming it up with Bryce Harper and Rhys Hoskins. They weren’t alone. Here’s an even better shot of Harper with his new #Phamily:

Harper Wentz Hoskins Sixers

This warms my heart. It’s nice to see the heroes of our city out with their better halves. Bryce’s wife Kayla is absolutely beaming and I have to think the #phamily celebrated the news of the couple’s pregnancy. Sure, the Sixers lost, but it’s just a game. I’m looking forward to the next Phillies’ home game when Ben Simmons and Kendall Jenner chill in the Diamond Club with Mr. and Mrs. Wentz.
