Johnathan Cyprien to Work Out With Eagles Today
Per Adam Schefter:
After visiting with the Colts on Monday, Titans’ free-agent safety Johnathan Cyprien is visiting and working out for the Eagles today, per source.
Eagles have been looking to add safety help, and Malcolm Jenkins has been a no show this off-season – with no end in sight.

Cyprien is a former second round pick, soon to be 29 years old with five NFL seasons under his belt. He did not play last year after tearing his ACL in training camp and was later released by the Titans.
He plays Jenkins’ strong safety position and is on the bigger side at 6’1″, 210 pounds. He racked up tackles on poor Jaguar teams over the years and is closer to a linebacker than a rangy, ball-hawking type. Cyprien has two interceptions and 16 pass break-ups in 70 career games.
Maybe the more significant part of this story is the last four words of that Schefter tweet, which says the Malcolm Jenkins situation has “no end in sight.” Doug Pederson said Monday he expected all of his players to report for the beginning of mandatory minicamp next week, but there’s no news to suggest that Jenkins will actually be there.
Here’s a Cyprien highlight video of his time in Tennessee, just mute the horrible Meek Mill song:
