Report: Ronald Darby Could be Active for Season Opener
Eagles cornerback Ronald Darby continues to rehab from a torn ACL, and as such, Ian Rapoport says he’ll begin training camp on the physically unable to perform list:
Health updates: #Eagles CB Ronald Darby (ACL) is expected to start training camp on PUP, source said, but being active Week 1 is still a legit possibility. … Meanwhile, #Packers starting CB Kevin King (shoulder) will be active and healthy to begin training camp.

The second part of that is more important:
“…but being active Week 1 is still a legit possibility.”
That would be a nice turnaround for Darby, who suffered his injury in the week ten loss to the Cowboys. That was November 10th of last year, so if he did start the September 8th home opener against Washington, he would have completed his recovery in a little less than ten months.
You may also recall that Darby recently declared that Lil Uzi Vert is “the next Michael Jackson,” so we may also have to check his head before clearing him for physical contact.
