Former Penn State Running Back Larry Johnson with a Scorcher of a Take

Larry Johnson.

Former Penn State standout and Kansas City Chief, ran for 1,700 yards in the 2005 and 2006 seasons. He was an absolute beast during his brief NFL prime.

Today he’s not playing football, but he’s active on social media, and about an hour ago he dropped an all-time sports take, after the jump:

It’s an interesting take.

(On a serious note, Johnson has talked about his post-NFL struggles and the trouble he’s had with memory loss and CTE-related issues. It’s a somewhat sobering read.)

  1. The only thing I got from this post was frothing at the mouth and convulsing remembering how many times I had to watch the cupcake football guys and the salmon sisters peddling garbage Microsoft pseudo-tablets. Microsofts target market must have been balding 40-ish year old divorced dads with an unhealthy obsession of betting mid to low tier college football games because I saw them a million times.
