Howard Eskin Placed New Jersey’s First Esports Bet

via Howard Eskin

The King.

Howard Eskin, who did not purchase his own Super Bowl ring, has been breaking down barriers and setting trends for years now. He’s never had a bad day in his life.

You can add another item to Howard’s distinguished resume. He is now the first person to place a bet on Esports in the great state of New Jersey, which Kyle mentioned Thursday morning.

Howard then went on Joe Giglio’s show later in the day to elaborate:

“I made the first bet on an eSports event in the state of New Jersey, and maybe the first one in the country. The League of Legends, eSports, I made a bet on Team G2, which is chalk, in the championship on Sunday on Paris. The gambling authorities in New Jersey gave permission to take bets on Esports. Borgata was the first one and I made the first bet. So it was a big, big moment for me.

(he’s being facetious)

They’re a conservative team. They don’t panic when they get behind. They ride it out and they’re the best. They are the best in Esports right now in the League of Legends. I’ve been doing background research on this, no analytics, which is the best thing about this. Just numbers and guys doing what they do best. It’s a million dollars to the winning team. Not bad.

God help Team G2 if they fall short of expectations. Howard will show up to the next pre-game press conference to ask hard questions and grill their asses.

Howard Eskin is barely 5 feet tall and shops in the boys clothing section at Nordstroms. He’s got tiny little baby hands too.

Cataldi is not a Philadelphian even though he thinks he speaks for the Philadelphia fans. He lived in New Jersey most of the time he was on WIP and is a Yankees fan.

That will show he isn’t woke.

Esports is as awesome and exciting as going to the arcade to watch your friend play Cruis’n. Cool. Money well spent.

You’re a TOTAL FUCKING DEGENERATE if you’re betting on video games and the parents’ basement living losers that play them.
