
Ohio Governor Ordering No Mass Gatherings in State, Where March Madness Games are Scheduled
If March Madness games are cancelled, we riot:
Ohio Governor Mike DeWine has told reporters that there will soon be an order for no mass gatherings in Ohio, which includes the First Four in Dayton and the NCAA Tournament in Cleveland.

This, of course, leaves open the possibility of playing in front of empty arenas, which seems like the path we’re going down.
There’s all kinds of stuff crossing the wire right now. Events are being restricted or canceled left and right. I’d be absolutely stunned if the Flyers/Sixers/Union games this weekend continue without some kind of severe limitations imposed.
We’re in the thick of it now folks. Hide your wife, hide your kids.
Here’s Dewine’s reasoning:
We are doing the things we are doing because we have the potential to become like Italy. We are taking the actions we are taking now to try to avoid that. The situation will get bad before it gets better, but it is in our hands to determine what the outcome will be.
