Colin Cowherd Says a "General Manager on the East Coast" Called Him About the NFL Draft
Couldn’t have been Howie Roseman.
Funhouse is probably right. It was probably Dave Gettleman:

Anybody really believe a NFL executive is asking a radio host for draft advice? I mean, sure, it could happen, but it seems highly unlikely. Maybe he’s just going to do the exact opposite of what Cowherd recommends.
Pittman, for what it’s worth, is a big-bodied receiver at 6’4″ and 220 pounds, a really good red zone guy who caught 11 touchdowns last year. Most draft profiles have him listed as a third rounder. His dad, the elder Michael Pittman, played for the Bucs and ran for 124 yards in a Super Bowl 37 win.
