If 17 is the roster number, the Sixers’ Orlando squad would look something like this:

An expanded roster allows them to bring both Shayok and Smith, and they could go any number of ways with a 17th player. Give Trey Burke or Jonah Bolden a call. Bring up Haywood Highsmith. Sign… DeMarcus Cousins? Jamal Crawford and JR Smith are available, as Shams mentioned. The possibilities are endless! I think..

Earlier today, Woj reported that players who don’t want to participate in Orlando “could be replaced by a substitution player.” The league would reportedly allow replacements for players that get COVID or become injured, with the replaced players then becoming ineligible for the rest of the year.
