The Sixers are coming off a disappointing 103-94 road loss to the Indiana Pacers. Philadelphia were without their franchise center Joel Embiid, who missed the contest with a non-COVID illness. Tobias Harris stepped up his scoring output in the loss, tallying 27 points. Point guard Ben Simmons (20), rookie Tyrese Maxey (11), and sharpshooter Seth Curry (10) were the only other players to put up double-digit points.

The Miami Heat have won three consecutive games, with their most recent victory coming in a 129-121 road win over the Boston Celtics. Tyler Herro led the way with 24 points off the bench, while Duncan Robinson and Bam Adebayo each chipped in with 22 points of their own.

Will Philadelphia wrap up the top seed in the conference, or will Miami capture the fourth seed?

Tobias Harris to Record Over 26.5 Combined Points and Rebounds (-102, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Tobias Harris has performed admirably this season for the Sixers, averaging 19.7 points (2nd on the team), 6.8 rebounds (4th on the Sixers), and 3.6 (2nd on the team) assists per game. He’s shooting 40.3% from beyond the arc, which is just 0.1% behind 3-and-D specialist Danny Green for the second-highest three-point percentage on the team.

Franchise center Joel Embiid missed Tuesday night’s contest with the Indiana Pacers due to a non-COVID illness and is questionable for Thursday night’s game. Harris stepped up in a big way for Philadelphia against the Pacers netting 27 points and pulling down five boards in 34:09 of game action. If Embiid misses Thursday night’s game, it stands to reason that Harris could cross the 26.5 combined point and rebound threshold with points alone.

Ben Simmons to Record 6+ Rebounds (-280, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Sixers point guard Ben Simmons has done a great job on the boards this season, averaging 7.4 rebounds on the season, which is the third-highest average on the team. Simmons pulled down eight boards against the Pacers after bringing down nine against the New Orleans Pelicans.

Simmons has grabbed at least six rebounds in five of his last six contests overall. It’s also worth noting that in two previous meetings against Miami this season Simmons pulled down six rebounds in 31:51 of action, following that up with a 10 rebound performance in 34:26 on January 14. With Joel Embiid’s questionable status, there’s a potential void of 10.7 boards to be filled and one of the likely beneficiaries could be Simmons.

Bam Adebayo to Record Over 30.5 Combined Points, Rebounds, and Assists (-113, DraftKings Sportsbook)

If you’re looking for a solid bet on a Miami Heat player, look no further than Miami big man Bam Adebayo to record over 30.5 combined points, rebounds, and assists. Adebayo has put together one of the best seasons of any frontcourt player in the Eastern Conference, averaging 18.9 points, 8.9 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game in 62 games.

In Tuesday night’s win over the Boston Celtics, Adebayo dropped 22 points, pulled down 7 boards, and dished out 5 assists for a total of 34. That followed another another game against the Celtics in Boston in which he put up 20 points to go with six rebounds and three assists. Adebayo has crossed the 30.5 combined points, rebounds, and assists threshold in six of his last nine games. If Joel Embiid were to miss this game, the market would be a virtual lock. Even if he does play, expect Adebayo to get his.
