Remember all of those allegations surrounding the Washington Football Team? The work place environment was reportedly really shitty and hostile.

We just got the results of an independent investigation into those allegations, and the result is fining Washington 10 million dollars, which would be like fining you or me 10 cents:

Beth Wilkinson did the report, which involved interviewing about 150 people, mostly current and former employees. Dan Snyder was also interviewed. Commissioner Goodell concluded that the workplace was “highly unprofessional,” especially for women, with frequent instances of “bullying” and “intimidation.” It was also determined that the organization had an insufficient human resources staff, which was complicated by a fear of retaliation.

Snyder released a statement in response to the report, which reads as such:

That is a hideous font+background color combination, but blah blah blah, it’s just a slap on the wrist, isn’t it? I’m not sure what I was expecting, but $10 million seems light. The WFT should, at the very least, have to forfeit all of their recent victories against the Philadelphia Eagles, and be forced to trade Chase Young to the Birds for the 7th round draft pick.

Then all will be forgiven.
