Ben Simmons' Moorestown House Officially Listed, and it Comes with a Gaming Room
Keith Pompey reported recently that Ben Simmons’ Moorestown house was up for sale, and we pulled the information but discovered that the house hadn’t officially been listed yet on any of the typical real estate sites.
Well here it is now, on Redfin.
He’s asking for $5 million, but a guy we know from Moorestown says, quote, “NO WAY IN HELL it’s worth 5M.. it’s worth 2M at absolute max.”
Going through some of the photos, it’s revealed that Ben has a pretty sick gaming room where he played PUBG or Call of Duty or whatever:
“Simmo the Savage” is his online name. Mine was “Kill Wighty,” before it was reported for being inappropriate. I guess somebody on Playstation Network didn’t get the joke. It was a play on words. A Chris Farley/Black Sheep + Game of Thrones double entendre.
Check out the full room:
Pretty rad! Could house an entire League of Legends team in there. Maybe the Rutgers Camden squad can practice at Ben’s house since he’s not using it.
Simmons also has a lot of framed jerseys and magazine covers and things of that nature:
As for the house itself, it’s five beds, five baths, about 10,000 square feet.

Let’s take up a collection and put in a combined bid on this house.
