Brooks was a fantastic player for the Eagles when healthy. He was on the Super Bowl team and went to the Pro Bowl in 2017, 2018, and 2019. Unfortunately the injuries caught up to him. Pec strain, Achilles, etc. He missed the entirety of the 2020 season and only played two games this year.
He also had some issues early in his Eagles career with anxiety and really overcame that in brilliant fashion. He overcame the bouts of mental angst and morning vomiting and really settled in to become a consistent contributor, game in and game out. Great story there.
Will update this post when Brooks speaks shortly.
