Delonte West to the BIG3?

It’s been a while since we got a Delonte West update. He had seemingly turned his life around, then had a set back when he was arrested in October, but now according to TMZ he’s playing basketball again and training for a possible spot on a Big3 team:
Delonte West is back on the basketball court … and TMZ Sports has learned the ex-NBA star is training for a chance at playing in Ice Cube’s BIG3 league!!
Sources tell us the 38-year-old has been training at the Pat The Roc Basketball Academy in Gaithersburg, Maryland every single day for the past month … in hopes of making a huge comeback.
Here’s some video of the former St. Joe’s star getting shots up:

He looks pretty good, honest to God. Smooth jumper. Definitely better than Ben Simmons. And what a far cry from the dude who was panhandling on the side of a Dallas highway. Shout out to Mark Cuban for getting him help and getting him into a rehab facility.
Delonte is only 38 years old. He last played in 2012 but was a solid NBA role player who could get you 10 a night. It would be really cool to see him play in the Big3. If Mahmoud Abdul-Rauf can play Big3 basketball in his 50s, then Delonte West can do it.
