Here's a Cool Story About Social Media and the Sixers Community
Hey here’s a cool story about the good side of social media:

Shout out to Kevin Falkenstien, who got in touch with these kids and gave them an experience they’ll never forget. You might remember a week back when John Clark posted a photo of this kid in a Ben Simmons jersey a couple days before Ben returned to Philly:

I know the immediate thing to do is yell at John Clark for posting this. It’s a cheap way to get some easy likes and engagement. You would do it and I would do it, but the thing is most of us don’t have 100k+ followers on IG. Sending this to our group chat, IG Story, or SnapChat is a lot different. But good for John Clark making up for it and apologizing to the kid.
It also looks like this kid’ experience might not be over. Dave Sholler, Sixers & HBSE Executive Vice President, Communications, is hoping to get in touch with these two to give them even more Sixers gear. Ricky and Brayden are about to make out like bandits:
This is awesome and really shows the camaraderie of our fan base. If anyone has this young man’s info, would love to get him some cool new Sixers gear to wear too. Much love!

I mean I was bullied online, Kevin. Where are my courtside seats and new A.I. jersey? I was bullied and all I got was more Kyrie Irving incels and Flat Earth truthers in my DMs. This is a normal face:
