I love a good grilled cheese. The working man’s sandwich. Slap a couple pieces together with some cheese, spread some butter on both sides, and voila – ready in 5 minutes. Quick, easy, and back to work. So effective and so versatile. You can switch up the cheeses and the bread no matter how you like it. Wheat, white, Martins Famous Potato bread. Cheddar, American, Pepper Jack cheese. Do you have ketchup on the side or dip it in tomato soup? Do you make it with pants on or with pants off? What does it matter it’s your kitchen?
