Danny Green had Georges Niang on his podcast, Inside the Green Room, to talk about Matisse Thybulle’s decision to not get vaccinated.

Here’s a short audio clip:

Look, I don’t care if you’re vaccinated or not. That ship sailed a long time ago. I got it because I felt it was the right thing to do and wanted this shit over ASAP. But if you don’t get it that’s on you. We make hundreds of decisions a day that affect our lives and we have to live with the outcomes and consequences. I respect Matisse at least sticking to his guns even though it’s still funny to me he dipped his toe into the vaccine with one shot. That’s the part that doesn’t make the most sense. But Danny and Georges don’t seem bent out of shape over it, so why should we be?  Danny talked to Matisse a couple of months ago about the potential he’d miss games if they played Toronto. Matisse at that time didn’t think playing Toronto was in the cards so he didn’t get fully vaccinated, a decision he made and he’ll have to live with the consequences. But if there’s a team that can overcome a starter not playing wouldn’t it be the 76ers?

Speaking of Ben Simmons, I thought this was one of the best looks inside the mind of a 76er who went through the situation:

One more clip worth sharing is Niang and Green talking about the recent Paul Reed topic:
