The Giants Have a Larger James Bradberry Cap Hit than the Eagles
From Warren Sharp, former Eagles consultant:
the Giants have a larger dead cap hit ($11.7M) to have James Bradberry play for the Eagles than the Eagles are actually paying him ($10M)
thanks for all you did Dave Gettleman https://t.co/FiyHULUw2S

Man I’m going to miss Dave Gettleman. James Bradberry becomes a cap casualty because he gave Adoree’ Jackson $39 million and Kenny Golladay $72 mil:
89 WRs saw at least 50 targets a season ago. 87 of them had a better catch rate than Kenny Golladay.
His 2022 cap hit of $21,150,000 is THE MOST of any WR in football.

Remember his draft day setup compared to everyone else’s during COVID? –
Dave Gettleman had one piece of wall art (a picture of the Charlotte skyline) and he decided to take it down in between the first pictures of his draft set-up and the broadcast pic.twitter.com/KEUFtDzXSc

One laptop, a giant binder the size of an encyclopedia, and a picture of the Charlotte skyline that wasn’t resting on the edge while John Lynch had an entire Best Buy and Geek Squad on speed dial:

You want even more? Of course you do! Fuck the Giants! If Bradberry leaves in free agency the Eagles get a comp pick. That’s the difference between being the best GM in the NFC East and being forced to retire to save face at the end of the season:
reminder: if James Bradberry leaves the Eagles in free agency after his one-year deal is up, Philly gets a comp pick for free
the Giants gave Bradberry a 3-yr, $43.5M deal in 2020
the Eagles get him for $10M for one year and a comp pick if he leaves after this year

Should’ve hired more of those computer folks Dave:
