Former Eagle tight end Clay Harbor was on Crossing Broadcast today and told an amazing story about how hard a worker Nick Foles was even before taking a snap:

I guess the Super Bowl run, Super Bowl MVP, and 27 TD/2 INT season wasn’t a fluke huh? Prepping for five hours on a Friday when you’re most likely not even going to see the field? Turns out Foles was waiting for his opportunity the whole time.

I know this clip will get the most traction because Foles is a GOD in this city, but the whole 45-minute interview with Clay was top-to-bottom awesome. We talked to Clay about burning Nnamdi Asomugha the first practice of training camp after he signed a $60 million deal, the reaction to Vince Young’s “Dream Team” quote in the locker room, and Clay gave us such good financial advice I think I became a CPA. We also talked some Bachelor and how they did him dirty bringing an ex-girlfriend on the show when the producers agreed before the show not to. Truly an interview for everyone!
