Rob McElhenney and Ryan Reynolds were in the news recently because they had colonoscopies filmed in an effort to promote the importance of colorectal cancer screening.

Various outlets wrote about this, but some doofuses up in Boston totally dissed McElhenney:

Damn. Why did they have to do Mac dirty like that? This can only be interpreted as a diss towards the entirety of Philadelphia, since Rob is from here and went to Temple for a little bit. Reynolds is from Canada and has zero ties to Boston, so it’s not like they were showing favor towards the local guy. They just straight up thought people didn’t know who McElhenney was, even though he’s been in the national sports news for the Wrexham purchase and has acting, writing, and producing credits that go well beyond It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.

But anyway, yes, colon health is important. I think you’re supposed to get regular screenings when you enter your 40s, but I had one when I was 27. Too much information? Just be near a toilet because the prep is nasty. It’s something else, I tell you what.
