"I was Already Gassed... the Little Man was Really Running Around a Lot." - Darius Slay
Darius Slay with a great interview after the game, calling Kyler Murray “the little man” and how he’s been “0-5 before, but never 5-0” –

My favorite quote from Slay is about Nick Sirianni and how he’s trying to build a family culture in the locker room, which is not always the case in some locker rooms. He obviously didn’t feel that way in Matt Patricia’s locker room. I think that’s really telling about Nick and a big reason why he’s been so successful here so early. You’re going to fight harder in the 4th quarter when you like that player or that coach. The dude is always stressing about family and he doesn’t just preach it, he lives it:
Nick Sirianni’s former QB in Indianapolis Jacoby Brissett said Nick does not like when his players get booed
“We’re a family

Nick Sirianni says he is going to make sure players get time to spend with their family on Christmas even on a short week. Says he thinks that is very important #Eagles

One of Nick Sirianni's WRs at IUP tore his ACL/MCL. The WR was 5 hours from family in the Philly area. Sirianni picked him up at the hospital and hosted him for a few days to make sure he was eating/recovering.
“I never had a coach care so much,” he said.https://t.co/lRpZC2t5EI

P.S. I gotta shout out the CBS camerawork. James Bradberry is hanging dong two inches behind Josina Anderson. There are dudes changing all over the locker room or covering up with dish towels. Not one dong shot. This cameraman is like the Stanley Kubrick of missing dong.
I didn’t expect James Bradberry to be a boxers guy:
I didn’t think anyone was a boxers guy anymore. It’s like wearing cardboard around your junk. Maybe when you wear compression 24/7 for your job you need to switch it up.
