A reader named Tommy sent us a video of his buddy getting Alec Bohm’s signature at Xfinity Live on Saturday after the game:

He ended up getting Brandon Marsh’s also, and then made sure they never ever washed off. Here’s his tattoo:

People are going to think this is stupid and for that I think you’re wrong. Isn’t a tattoo supposed to come with a story and significance? Isn’t the Phillies making the NLCS for the first time in 13 years significant? He’s going to be able to tell his grandchildren this story one day:

“Come here boy. Let me tell you about the time Pop Pop got a career .245 hitter’s name tattooed on him.”

This is awesome. I hope Alec Bohm and Brandon Marsh bring this dude on the field when they clinch the World Series. Maybe they’ll let him ride on a bus down Broad Street.

He sent some other videos over too:

Garret Stubbs is a Surfside guy. Sad:

Here’s Brandon Marsh doing DMX karaoke. Which is probably the hardest karaoke song to do because nobody knows what the fuck you’re saying:

The funny thing about these dudes is they all look like the same guys who are typically at Xfinity on a Saturday. They just so happen to be playing for a chance to go to the World Series, starting Tuesday night.
