I believe this is the second injury the Eagles have sustained this year where an opposing player was not flagged. In the clip, you can see that Siposs is clearly out of play when the third Giant comes over and hits him:

Injury may have happened on the final hit there. The first and second guys were fine, because that’s a bang-bang play and he’s running for a first down, so they’re well within their right to clock him. It’s the third dude coming in that seemed unnecessary. You can see Christian Elliss calling for the flag there.
