Eagles fans will be heading to Arizona in the next couple of weeks, and according to restaurant managers out there, we’re a bunch of barbarians that are ready to pillage Phoenix. You’d think we eat food with our hands for God’s sake:

This message came from Bob Mayo. A quick Google search lets you know he’s the GM at The Village Tavern in Scottsdale. I think anyone who’s planning on going out to the Super Bowl has to pay a visit to Bob’s restaurant and show him just how great Eagles fans really are. Because if there’s one thing I know, it’s that people are scared of Philly fans until they’ve actually met them. Everyone who hears how mean and scary we are always hears a story secondhand. Then you find out all we want to do is spend a lot of money on beer, eat some food, sing Fly Eagles Fly a couple times, and go home. This reporter from San Diego described it perfectly during the Phillies playoff run:

I bartended on football Sundays for eight years and Eagles fans are easily the best tippers and easy to wait on. You get them a Miller Lite and the occasional shot after a big touchdown they’re the happiest people in the world.

Who are the worst tippers? Penn State fans. And it’s not even close.
