“A Bullshit Call!” – Michael Barkann Goes Off on the Refs for the Holding Call

Michael Barkann was fired up on the postgame show over the James Bradberry holding call:

It’s three hours since the game ended and I still don’t know how I feel about the holding call. I don’t love the Super Bowl being decided by an official, but you can’t leave the game in the officials hands. If the shoe was on the other foot we’d be praising Carl Cheffers and his crew. When I think of blame I’m looking at the defense, backbreaking special teams coverage, Jalen Hurts’ fumble, and kicking the field goal on 4th and 6 in the 3rd quarter before I’m bitching about the refs. But man would it have been awesome to see what Jalen Hurts could do with 1:50 left.

This one hurts. It hurts more than ’04 personally. This team went from one of the best in franchise history to just another afterthought because they couldn’t get the job done.

P.S. Say what you want about Barkann, but when he’s actually angry and not just doing some schtick he cuts a great promo:
