The Eagles arrived in Arizona this weekend for Super Bowl 57, which includes mandatory media night festivities. Pagan is out there as we speak, so Crossing Broad is represented in the desert.

For a quick throwback moment, one of my favorite quotes from the entirety of the 2017/18 Eagles season:

“Honestly I think this shit is terrible, doing all this. I think we could have stayed in Philly, then come on Friday or Saturday.”

In hindsight, you really appreciate Alshon’s level of don’t-give-a-fuckness. He was locked in. Nobody knew he had a bum shoulder at the time, and he still went out and caught three passes in the Super Bowl for 73 yards and a touchdown. This was before all of the (alleged) Josina Anderson shit, and the drop in the 2019 playoff game, so Alshon’s stock had never been higher. He had three scores that postseason and went above 200 total yards combined against Atlanta, Minnesota, and New England.

Media night is tonight, Monday, so we’ll see what kind of CONTENT comes out of it.
