The hit he’s referring to has to be this one. No Fun League:

That’s just good ‘ol fashioned hard hitting football. Head down, leading with the shoulder and not the crown of his helmet. Textbook stuff. Pop Warner coaches should be showing that in film. I guess the fine was because CJGJ hit him too hard?
