Governor Rendell Would Hate this Phillies and White Sox Postponement

No Phils on Monday:

Tonight’s game between the #WhiteSox and Philadelphia Phillies has been postponed due to a forecast of high winds and cold temperatures.

High winds and cold temperatures? It’s Chicago in April. If it’s not snowing or raining or tsunami-ing or whatever, then PLAY BALL. Maybe Governor Rendell was right. Are we becoming a nation of pussies? 610-632…

I’m gonna reserve judgment until I hear from John Bolaris and Howard Eskin on this one.

(yeah I get it, cold temps, injury risks, blah blah, it’s two 6-10 baseball teams anyway, maybe both fan bases could use a break)
