..at the U15 level.

But still, what a string of results for the Union kids, who dispatched the youth squads for two of the largest clubs in the world.

They took out the Arsenal U15s on Wednesday:

Then beat the Real Madrid U15s on Thursday:

The competition is the “Generation Adidas Cup,” which features MLS academies and youth teams from around the world. In the U15 bracket, the Union kids will play Orlando in the semifinals, and if they win, they’ll get the winner of Austin vs. Genk (a Belgian team) in the final.

The U17s are also in the semifinal, playing LAFC. They took out a Nigerian side in the round of 16, then defeated Brazil’s Palmeiras in the quarterfinals. Palmeiras is one of the largest and most popular teams in South America.

It’s really impressive. The Union kids continue to rip off impressive wins against huge, globally-recognized teams, which is a testament to the academy up in King of Prussia and the team’s commitment to recruiting local talent and bringing them through the system. Let’s fucking go, doop doop.
