Video Shows James Harden in Vegas "Slapping" His Buddy
James Harden was in Vegas with friends two days after the Brooklyn Nets series ended where a video surfaced of him arguing and “slapping” his friend. TMZ and the internet are trying to paint this like Harden wound up and asked the guy, “What does five fingers say to the face?”:

Since Kevin is on vacation this week I’ll take up the torch and call this video a total nothingburger. If we’re being honest this is probably the best case scenario if you’re the Sixers and you hear there is a video on TMZ of James Harden slapping someone in Vegas. If James Harden wants to slap his friend in Vegas after every series win who am I to stop him? Here are more details via TMZ:
Our sources tell us the man in the video is a member of Harden’s crew … and after the exchange, the two went about their night as if nothing happened.
It’s unclear what all kick-started the confrontation — but witnesses told us once Harden noticed people were watching nearby … the basketball player and the man he was quarreling with headed inside of the building together.
A Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept. spokesperson tells us officers were not called to the scene … saying on Wednesday, “We have had no incidents involving James Harden reported to the LVMPD.”
Thou cast the first stone who has never slapped their drunk friend for being an idiot. That’s a leader if I’ve ever seen one.
Also, is TMZ losing their fastball? Those people will publish anything nowadays, huh? I know paparazzi are the lowest level of human life form, but this is the same website who published the Ray Rice video right? Now they’re publishing a little slap and tickle between two friends in Vegas? And people are freaking out about it? People who lived through Internet 1.0 are scoff at this shit. These are the same people who ruined Tiger Wood’s life and made Donald Sterling sell the Clippers. Now we’re wasting time on James Harden love taps. Fucking Brad Stevens. I know he’s behind this. Why else would TMZ sit on this for four days?
