The Gov is Calling in the Big Guns from NASCAR to Finish the I-95 Job
Pocono Raceway is lending a hand to help finish the I-95 temporary road. How? With their industrial-sized jet dryer:

We’re heading down to I-95 in Philadelphia with our Jet Dryer.
We’ll be on standby if needed to dry the road in order for line painting to not be delayed.
Thank you to all the men & women working around the clock to get I-95 reopened this weekend.

The jet dryer is 6,300 lbs of American-made Chevy Silverado that has a helicopter turbine built into the truck bed and runs off of jet fuel. Oorah!
Hopefully it’s not the one they used in 2016:
It’ll take two hours to dry the roadway for the fellas to paint lines for three lanes. They’re currently hoping for a 12-hour window of no rain to start that process:

Is it me or do these three lanes look pretty narrow? We’re putting a lot of faith in Jersey being able to drive in a straight line.
