Cowboys defensive end Sam Williams was arrested this week for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful carrying of a weapon. That follows an incident last season when he crashed his car driving 98 miles per hour in a 55 MPH zone.

When asked about it, Jerry Jones decided it would be a good time for a joke:

“Well hey, at least he wasn’t driving as fast he was last year!”

Jerry always knows the time and place for a good joke.
