At this point it’s becoming a hostage situation. Back in February Furkan Korkmaz requested a trade and Daryl Morey hasn’t spent one second taking it seriously. Now he allegedly saw an out with James Harden, according to Sean Wright who everyone is retweeting.
The guy is the longest tenured 76er in the organization along with Joel Embiid. At this point he’s going to be a part of the ribbon cutting ceremony when the 76ers new arena opens. He’ll die and be buried under the floor in a Sixers uniform. Do you think Furk pops his head into Morey’s office after practice every couple of weeks to remind him about that trade request? He definitely does.
