By now Bryson Stott has been in Philly for two years so he’s at that point where he’s already had enough of the PPA’s shit and their small ass parking garages. Now he’s passing a valuable warning along to Whit Merrifield:

Sure the garages absolutely suck, but I can think of 10 more things I hate about the PPA before garage space. They’re corrupt, the meters never work, the parking permits can be impossible to get, the convenience fee they charge you for paying a bill online is bullshit, the meter maids are assholes, the tow truck drivers are even worse, the dollar amount on the fines are all made up nor consistent around the city, they park their vehicles illegally while ticketing a car parked illegally, and finally…

…you have signs that are designed like this so that it’s impossible not to get a ticket. You would need a PhD to comprehend when you can and can’t park here:

The PPA are such scumbags that a Republican would have their most successful mayoral run in decades here if they just ran on an anti-PPA campaign. The only problem is they’d have to be comfortable giving up half their salary.

And here’s the thing, I could see people having a tolerance for the PPA if they weren’t all giant blood-sucking pieces of shit with zero consistency. Instead they pull bullshit like this:

Good luck, Whit! Do us a favor and keep a bat in your car so when you get your first ticket you can use a PPA worker’s mirror for batting practice.

The PPA is evil:
