Who said Eagles fans were only mean and nasty? If anything, we’re the fairest fanbase in the NFL. Praise the team when they do something good and boo the fuck out of them when they suck. It’s not that hard. Does this look like a couple of fans who had their 10-1 season start ripped away from them?
My favorite thing about this video is how unexcited the dude on the other side of the line is. I love it. The Eagles front office isn’t reading the press clippings. They love that the Eagles signed Saquon, but there’s still a defense to revamp. There’s still some line depth we need. A backup QB. Working the margins. Not leaving any stone unturned. Howie’s probably got the guys sleeping in their office watching some MAC offensive lineman that Jeff Stoutland is going to turn into the next Pro Bowler. What’s there to be happy about? Job’s not finished. Job finished? I don’t think so:
This poor dude working the front desk at NovaCare is in for a long season. You think Eagles fans standing outside NovaCare has jumped the shark? Wait until they only give Saquon the ball six times and lose. Now that Eagles fans know they can just call the front office and yell at someone that phone won’t ever stop ringing.
