Sixers Media Day on Monday. The first time we got to see Paul George, Tyrese Maxey, and Joel Embiid together in a Sixers uniform. Here’s a complete round-up from the day:

After seeing this it looks like a ECF appearance if we’re being honest (I am so brainwashed by Media Day).

The Sixers to fans when it’s time for another season:

We are firmly in “best shape of their life” season:

The good news is it sounds like the team will do everything it can to prioritize Embiid’s health in the playoffs.

This is music to my ears:

Daryl Morey spoke more about load management for not just Embiid but other players too:

I’m guessing around February, after football season, we’re going to have a nice overreaction from sports radio about the Sixers owing it to the fans to play Embiid and Paul George more.

Can’t wait for this to be re-aggregated when the Sixers slip up during the Disney on Ice road trip:

Can confirm. Winning is fun:

Big, if true:

Kelly Oubre wouldn’t answer any questions until the media grooved with him to the “We Are The Champions” beat?

His nickname for the 3 & D wings could go many different ways. We’ll see how it plays out before I have a take on “The Plumbers” nickname:

I love some good subliminal shots on Media Day at ex-teammates. This is what the NBA does best. We’re so back:

Here’s Sixers players and Daryl Morey giving their thoughts on the passing of Dikembe Mutumbo:

Kyle Lowry played with Mutumbo? Jesus, Tyrese Maxey wasn’t lying.

Non-Sixers content observations. There were audio issues galore from the different media brands at the practice facility. The Anthony Gargano Show had technical difficulties, I was watching the NBCSports Philly livestream with Amy Fadool and Marc Jackson who were also having audio issues, and the Mike Missanelli Show had choppy audio on the YouTube stream before the sound just cut out like 48 minutes in. Is Comcast throttling the WiFi at the Sixers practice facility?

That’s all folks. I’m sure Kinker is thinking exactly this while he’s editing:
