There's a New Rocky Mural in Philadelphia With a "No Dumping" Message
A new Rocky mural has been painted a couple doors down from where he lived in the movies. But don’t let me paint the picture, let the sweet sounds of The Philly Captain tell you about it:

“New mewrull!” God I love that accent. It makes me think of a soft pretzel and Classic Italian from Wawa with a raspberry iced tea.
The “No dumping” sign is objectively hilarious. A mural with a message. We need more of those, especially in Kensington, which I have to say looks pretty clean where Cap is at. Maybe the Mayor is actually cleaning it up. Anyway I’d like to imagine some blue collar contractor was about to dump some housing scraps in a lot across the street until he looked up saw the sun making a perfect silhouette on Rock and Adrian in their loving embrace and deciding to illegally dump somewhere else. More messaging in the murals. We’re a city full of them. The next time a Jalen Hurts one goes up maybe have a “No Smoking” or “Fuck the PPA” messaging. If I had the opportunity to create a mural I’d bring awareness to “taking the points” for Nick Sirianni. I’d probably position it so it’d be on a wall he could see it when he’s traveling over the Walt Whitman bridge on gameday. Reminding him anytime you can go up two scores late in the game you should take that opportunity.

I hate this guy. It’s not even creative. He just spray paints a word on the dumbest shit and it’s everywhere around the city. Like there’s no chance he can do it all. There has to be copy cats of his. That’s how much you see the word “irregular” on things in my neighborhood.
