A rare programming announcement from us. We are adding the Ah Jeez program to the Crossing Broad Podcast Network:

As you probably know, Jason Myrtetus and Harry Mayes co-hosted middays at 97.5 about seven years ago. One of their post-Fanatic pursuits is a podcast they now host together, so Ah Jeez is a radio reunion without the banal restrictions of a terrestrial nature. It’s a fun show, and one that Crossing Broad staff has appeared on.

So I was sitting there thinking, “you know what? why don’t we bring them into our network?” We had just shut down the most-recent version Crossing Broadcast after almost three years of great fun and great guests, and pivoted to other pursuits, leaving the door open for some new blood to fill the void. Streaming Jason and Harry’s show on our social channels is a good way to grow their audience and it just made too much sense from a shared brand perspective not to do it. They’ve got the same sports philosophy that we have. This is supposed to be fun and we’re gonna have a laugh and not take ourselves too seriously. Look for new episodes on Crossing Broad social and YouTube as well.
