Nerlens Noel Will Likely Miss the Entire Season

I love this. The Sixers aren’t even pretending that they’re trying to win basketball games. First rounder Nerlens Noel, who is recovering from a torn ACL, likely won’t play this year:
According to CSNPhilly.com’s Dei Lynam, head coach Brett Brown said before the Sixers-Cavaliers preseason game on Monday that Noel, recovering from a torn ACL, probably won’t play this season.
Hilarious. Recovery from a torn ACL is generally well under a year, especially when Dr. James Andrews is the surgeon. But nope. Not Nerlens. Not when your team has to go 2-80 to land Andrew Wiggins.
I’m 100% serious when I say that the Sixers should hold an open tryout for fans to play in regular season games (provided they sign a waiver, of course). Would be high entertainment and keep people watching.
