Flyers Get Seven National TV Games in 2021

When you’re a good team coming off a good season, you draw interest from the powers that be. The television executives call the shots and decide which teams are exciting and which teams are not.
Whomever is running the show at NBC likes the Flyers, because this year they’re going to get seven nationally-televised games, which are:
Seven of 56 games on national TV, including the opener. That’s one-eighth of the schedule. A whopping 12.5%. There are other teams with seven nationally-televised games, but none higher, so the Flyers are right up there in tier one.
