Surprise! – Phillies Put Bryce Harper on the Injured List

We were told that nothing was wrong with Bryce Harper, but alas:

Joe Girardi said Harper was good. No issues!
This has not been a good year for Phillies injury and roster management. J.T. Realmuto, Didi Gregorius, and now this.
Writes Mike McGarry at the Press of Atlantic City:
Girardi said often that he did not think Harper’s shoulder was bothering him. There was no talk of a problem with Harper’s left forearm.
Harper heads to the injured list as what is shaping up to be a critical point in the Phillies season.
The Phils are 23-25 and 3-7 in their last ten games. +125 underdog in Florida tonight.
Edit:
Girardi said he withheld information and did not tell the truth to reporters asking about Harper's health over the last few days because he believed it was a competitive advantage.
