Good morning on a Monday:

Now some people accused MossGoalie1 of having Gaudreau sign the blank piece of cardboard, then writing “Fire Chuck Fletcher” on the sign afterward, but Goalie1, real name Max Schiano, insists that’s not the case, writing this on Twitter:

“Very real. I had made it a few weeks ago for a bit I was doing on Instagram and just had it in my car”

In another tweet, Schiano (no relation to Greg) notes that Gaudreau was “kinda hesitant” to sign the cardboard, so maybe he does not necessarily agree with the message, but wanted to be a good sport. It’s kind of like a disclaimer of sorts. “Retweets are not endorsements.” In this case, signing a fan’s “Fire Chuck Fletcher” sign doesn’t necessarily mean Gaudreau thinks Fletcher should be fired. We’ll give him the benefit of the doubt.
