Eli Manning Goes Incognito as Penn State Walk-on “Chad Powers”

Eli is annoying with his pair of Super Bowl rings, but this was pretty cool:

Joke’s on Eli, because even if he did make the team, he’d be stuck behind Sean Clifford for the next four years. Clifford is in his 14th season with Penn State and will probably play 3-4 more, or at least that’s how it feels. Shout out to the Nitts though for going down there and hammering Auburn this past weekend. War Damn Lions. #WeAre
This clip comes from a series called “Eli’s Places,” which is focused on college football. It’s actually pretty good. Good interviews, good guests, cool topics. I didn’t peg Eli as being chill like his brother, but he really came out of his shell after retirement.
It’s streaming on ESPN+.
