If you missed it in the 4 p.m. window, the Commanders beat the Bears on a Hail Mary, and a guy in the crowd got video of Chicago DB Tyrique Stevenson taunting the crowd before batting the pass backward and into the end zone:

Amazing shot. What an angle! Not only is Stevenson jawing before the play, but he runs over and bats the ball right into the hands of the receiver. It could be, quite possibly, the dumbest sequence of all time. If this dude wasn’t a second round draft pick and starting cornerback, he’d be on the practice squad by Monday morning. Eagles fans would be calling for him to be cut, and probably justifiably so.

On another note, anyone impressed with the Commanders? Don’t think so. Needed a Hail Mary to beat the powerhouse Chicago Bears at home. Hammered the Carolina Panthers and league-average Arizona Cardinals. Beat the Giants, Browns, and Bengals, same as the Eagles. If you wanna crown the Commanders, then crown their asses, but they are who we thought they were. November 14th at Lincoln Financial Field, the Commies are gonna get what’s coming to them.
