The Philadelphia Carpenters Union Spills All the Trade Secrets
By Kyle Pagan
Published:

On this episode of Men At Work the Philadelphia Carpenters Union invited us to interview a couple of veterans of the trades! Shout out to the brothers and sisters of Local 158 as they spill on the behind the scenes of the Eagles and Phillies construction, stories of how people get their nicknames on the job site, their first day on the job, and more from over 60 years in the union:
A bunch of blue-collar, calloused-handed tradesmen talking to a couple of lily white-collared keyboard click clacking corporate mongoloids. What’s better than that? After watching that episode, if you get the burning desire to join the trades they’ve got an open house Friday. Don’t forget we’re doing a live show on May 30th in Philadelphia that you can be a part of! Come tell us all about your job because whether you like it or not, our jobs are most of our lives – might as well yap about it.
