Carson Wentz vs. Jake Browning in Week 3? Absolutely sickening. I love it!
Please let Carson come out slinging the rock in Minnesota. There needs to be a play action bomb to Justin Jefferson on the game’s first play, like Donovan McNabb and Terrell Owens in that one preseason game. Just let the man air it out and let’s have some fun.
Wentz played in a throwaway game with the Chiefs last year, tossing the ball to second stringers, but looked pretty good when he was filling in for Matt Stafford two years ago in LA. That was the San Fran game when he finished 17 for 24 for 163 yards, two TDs, and a pick. He also ran the ball 17 times for 56 yards and a score.
Say what you will about Wentz, but he played an important role on the Eagles team that won the first Super Bowl in franchise history. For that reason, Carson always gets respect in these parts. Unless you’re a hater like BOB WANKEL or Kyle Pagan. Ingrates. Disgusting.
