You remember that chubby kid at the Little League World Series who said he hits dingers? Alfred Delia. The Phillies paid homage to Big Al on Wednesday night, hitting a franchise-record eight home runs in a single game. Kyle Schwarber hit Schwarbombs 55 and 56, Edmundo “Sammy” Sosa hit three himself, and Alec Bohm, Otto Kemp, and Bryston Stott joined the hit parade, because why not?
