A.I. isn’t All That Bad: MLB Playoff Simulation Has the Phillies Winning the World Series

Who says artificial intelligence is a bad thing? MLB The Show 25 did a postseason simulation and it has the Phillies winning the World Series over the Red Sox:
Now before you say, “Who cares?” just know the simulation correctly picked the entire NL side of the bracket last year. That’s enough for me to believe in the robots:
They had multiple Mets upsets and even nailed the Dodgers winning the World Series 4-1.If it all plays out the Phillies are going to ROLL to the title after the NLDS. Like not even close. They’re going to go 8-2 after they beat the Dodgers in 5.
It wouldn’t be a surprise if the Dodgers gave the Phillies the hardest time. I gotta imagine whoever comes out of that NLDS matchup is primed to go to the World Series. The Phillies won the season series 4-2. Both series bookended the season, winning one in April and one in September and if this series is anything like it was in the regular season their are going to be fireworks:
Then we’d move on to San Diego where we split the season series, but come on, I mean we own the Padres. They might as well not even show up. Can’t wait to see what these guys have in store for this NLCS:
I still can’t believe this was real. What a video. Just the perfect mixture of everything. Goofy white dudes dancing, no rhythm, the one guy saying slow down like the lead singer was rapping like Busta Rhymes, and it being on local TV is the best part. This might be the last thing that went mega-viral on local news before the streamers took over. You just had to be there in 2022. Different times.
Finally, we’ll finish the Red Sox where the Phillies won the season series at home 2-1 back in July. Can anyone say walk-off catcher’s interference?
See you on Broad Street!
