But these kids are whack as hell. “I ain’t even know what Wu-Tang is.” Jesus Christ. Do they really not know anything about the Wu? Nobody knows Protect Ya Neck?
What’s worse is that Wu-Tang is for the children. But the children don’t appear to be for Wu-Tang, which means that something here is fundamentally broken. It’s supposed to be a two-way street. And even the adult-looking guy in the Tims had no idea what the answer was. That’s a violation!
How do we fix this? I recommended a high school course, NON-elective. It’s mandatory. Wu Banga 101. A 10-week class in which we go through each member one-by-one. The RZA, the GZA, Old Dirty Bastard Inspectah Deck, Raekwon the Chef, etc. And after those two and a half months the youths will know what real hip hop is. None of these fake ass industry cats. Hey yo, hey yo, it doesn’t track | whack ass mumble rappers | put ’em in the bagster.
