Breaking Down PA Online Casino September 2026 Revenue
Revenue for the month and fiscal year are provided by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB). Their reported totals are for adjusted gross revenue (AGR), which removes promotional dollars spent each month. The AGR for September was $249.3 million. We report the gross revenue total, which doesn’t factor in the promotional spend.
The PGCB also lists iGaming revenue by licensee, not by each online casino operator. Online casino gaming launch in PA in 2019 with 10 different retail casinos being granted licenses to operate in the state. Two other operators (Bally, Golden Nugget) earned untethered licenses. Many of the Pennsylvania licensees are tied to more than one online casino brand in the state. However, revenue is reported collectively.
Here’s a look at the gross revenue by licensee for September.

Pennsylvania is averaging $315.6 million per month in online casino revenue. That’s a very strong average number.
If that average held up the rest of the year, the state would finished with $3.79 billion in iGaming revenue for 2026. That would be just under a 10% jump from the $3.46 billion the state did in all of 2025.
However, if the growth rate holds up, Pennsylvania would reach $3.90 billion in revenue for the year.
