In case you haven't noticed, it's a rather slow week and there's not a lot going on in Philly sports. That might explain the number of announcements we've made (Super Bowl Party, Tailgate, T-shirts, etc), but here's one that goes to a good cause.

The Briere Bunch is a group of fans that supports Danny both on and off the ice, including his charitable endeavors. They are requesting you buy a "Briere Bunch" hat. It is personally signed by Danny and 100% of the proceeds benefit Flyers Wives Carnival, Camp Good Days & Special Times (a camp for children with cancer) & The Daniel Briere Foundation.

One person who purchases a hat will win two front row tickets in section 103 to the March 22nd game against the Capitals. All three games this year against Ovi and Co. have gone to overtime.

The hat is $30 and all proceeds go to charity. So what are you waiting for? Buy it here.
